Tagbilaran City Central East Elementary school Art classes received glossy paper for their arts and craft projects from the Tagbilaran City Host Lions Club. HELE teacher Dougeford Castano received the materials last 18 September 2012 from Lions club president Ammon Tirol with Lions Armando Maranga, Priscilla Richards, and Fely Lim assisting.
