Keeper Plate for 6 Wheel Pickup

I am developing parts for Bulleid Pacifics in 3mm scale. As part of that project I am working on a minimal conversion of the Triang Merchant Navy to 14.2mm gauge. That requires a new keeper plate providing pickups on both sides. This is based on the Triang design with an extra layer to incorporate the pickup for the second side.

Other Parts

Here are some of the other parts I am developing.

The air tanks are for the Bulleid tenders.

The keeper plate/spring unit is intended for an etched West Country chassis and will be removable to allow wheels and axles to be dropped out. It is not really suitable for a Triang chassis. I plan to add pickups to this unit.

The ashpan is the early Southern version.
