Due to ranking in Return of the Jedi being incorrect for many officers, Chiraneau is shown with a commander's rank in the first image (movie). The second image shows a rank similar to a fleet admiral, but not a rear admiral under legends.

Moff Tiaan Jerjerrod

Extra: architect and starship designer before joining the Empire. He held the rank of Rear Admiral in the sixth year of the Empire. Jerjerrod helped build the first Death Star before being granted the rank of Moff. He was later tasked to supervise the construction of a newer, second Death Star as station commander. Delays in construction and lack of progress in the new station, prompted Vader to visit the station and announce that the Emperor would be personally overseeing its completion. After the Emperor's arrival and the breakout of the Battle of Endor, Jerjerrod was stationed in the Death Star's Overbridge. He was authorized to fire the Death Star's superlaser at Rebel starships, destroying a number of them.

Jad survived the Death Star's explosion over the forest moon of Endor and joined the First Order as a pilot years later. Jad rose to the rank of commander and became leader of Zeta Squadron. He also served as a flight instructor.
In a deleted scene of Return of the Jedi, Jad Bean is seen standing in the background behind a console on the Death Star II.
