Extra: shortly after the First Battle of Geonosis, his transport was attacked by Separatist gunships. With most of his fellow troopers dead or injured, he fled and deserted. Lawquane later married a Twi'lek named Suu, and adopted her two children. Living on a farm on Saleucami, the war arrived and Captain Rex helped defend his family from droid commandos. Rex agreed not to report his desertion, after overcoming their differences. After Order 66, the family left Saleucami with help from Rex and the Bad Batch.

Padawan Tano managed to sterilize the crew when she ruptured the ship's cooling tanks.

Fives

Extra: trained as a member of Domino Squad. Became a member of the 501st after defending a surprise Separatist attack at Rishi Station. During a mission to Lola Sayu to rescue Jedi General Even Piell, his fellow trooper Echo was supposedly killed in combat. Later particpated in the Battle of Umbara and Ringo Vinda. After a biochip conspiracy, involving a preemptive execution of Clone Protocol 66, Fives was unfortunately killed before revealing the secret to his fellow troopers.

SGT Fox

Extra: participated in the Jedi Purge on Coruscant late in the Clone Wars. Encountered Senator Bail Organa trying to enter the Jedi Temple and told him to leave. His fellow commander and troopers were attacked by surprise by a Jedi Padawan not long after. The Jedi was killed moments later from blaster fire.

Fox

DIV/BN/CO, etc: Coruscant Guard

Rank: Commander

Status: KIA

Homeworld: Kamino

Extra: participated in numerous missions, including a mission to save Jabba's son Rotta and later a crisis on Coruscant involving bounty hunter Cad Bane. After an attack on the Jedi Temple, towards the end of the Clone Wars, Jedi Padawan Ahsoka Tano was believed to be the perpetrator and imprisoned by the Coruscant Guard. Padawan Tano was later found innocent. Fox and his men later perused Fives after he escaped a medical facility on Coruscant and attempted to assassinate Chancellor Palpatine. Fives was later shot by Fox after Fives panicked, reaching for a blaster pistol. Sometime after Order 66, Fox and his fellow troopers encountered Jedi librarian Jocasta Nu at the Jedi Temple. After Vader arrived, Fox's men mistakenly misidentified Vader as a Jedi and opened fire during the incident. Commander Fox was later killed by Vader.

Galle

Extra: Clone commando. Participated in the Battle of Sarrish as part of Foxtrot group. He was reported MIA, but was later spotted on Abafar with amnesia by Colonel Gascon during a secret mission. He was believed to have been killed after an encounter with battle droids, however he survived. Years later, along with Commander Rex and Commander Wolffe, Gregor lived out retirement on planet Seelos aboard a modified AT-TE after the Clone Wars. He and his fellow troopers, encountered the Rebel group called the Spectres. They later helped them to liberate planet Lothal from the Empire. He was killed during the mission.

Sometime after the battle, he learned the truth of the bio-chip implants, but was kidnapped by Separatists before he could tell anyone. Kix was later frozen in cryo-cycle stasis and was to be transported to Serenno. The transport was attacked by Republic forces, and the droid pilot sent the ship into hyperspace to a random sector. The ship crashed on the surface of planet Ponemah, where it sat for many years. Kix was reawakened by the pirate Sidon Ithano and his crew, and later decided to join their group.

Extra: assisted with the evacuation of the Venator-class Liberty, under Jedi General Skywalker, after it was attacked by CIS forces. Extra: during the Clone Wars, the pit droid WAC-47, reported to him. While at a strategy conference aboard space station Valor, a Separatist plot to wipe out the station was prevented by D-squad, where WAC-47 transferred to prior. Neyo was later stationed on planet Saleucami during the Outer Rim Sieges towards the end of the Clone Wars. During Order 66, he shot down Jedi General Stass Allie while on a speeder bike patrol.

His digital model was originally designed to appear during the Battle of Kashyyyk as a commander of a Juggernaut during Order 66. The scene was cut and his digital model was reassigned. Neyo's face was also given a design, but went unused for the Clone Wars episode "Secret Weapons".

Odd Ball

Participated in numerous battles, including the Battles of Christophsis, Ord Plutonia, Ryloth, Second Battle of Geonosis, Devaron, Lola Sayu, and Umbara. Rex helped rescue Arc trooper Echo, who had believed to have been dead, from captivity by the Techno Union late in the Clone Wars. He later participated in Battle of Yerbana, before the Seige of Mandalore, where he was reunited with Ahsoka Tano. Rex was promoted to Commander and led a battalion to Mandalore to capture Maul. Order 66 happened after Maul's capture, and Rex's chip was successfully removed not long after. Years later, during the reign of the Empire, he lived with clone commander Wolffe and clone commando Gregor on planet Seelos. Rex, and his comrades, helped the rebel group Spectres for many missions. Years later, he participated in the Battle of Endor, as part of Solo's strike team on the forest moon. 

Ridge

Extra: participated in the Battle of Teth during the beginning of the Clone Wars. His company suffered heavy causalities, and he was one of the few to survive the battle. Towards the end of the war, Ridge was reassigned to the 332nd Company. His company was assigned to transport Maul aboard a Venator-class star destroyer after the siege on Mandalore. Ridge was later killed when the Venator crashed on a moon after Maul's escape.

In Legends, during the mission to save Jabba's son, Rotta, Ridge was killed by CIS droid forces holding out in an old monastery.

Cade intended to whistleblow, but ended up killed by an assassin outside the bar. Slip escaped on a speeder bike, and later informed Senator Chuchi about Kamino's fate. He then contacted Rex, to arrange an escape from Coruscant. Slip was later pursued by both Chuchi, who wanted him to testify to the senate, and the assassin. After meeting Senator Chuchi, and telling her where she could find this info, he was killed by the assassin.

In the end, King Katuunko allied with the Republic. After Clone Protocol 66 was issued some years later, Thire, now commander, was tasked with finding Jedi Master Yoda after his encounter with Emperor Palpatine. Yoda was not found and Thire was later tasked to accompany Palpatine to Mustafar to rescue the gravely injured Anakin Skywalker.
