Wands

The wands are primarily former policemen/protectors of various sections of rukongai. All have delved into biological manipulation for further power.

Name: Maro- deceased

Suit/Rank: Ace of Wands

Description: A creative and enthusiastic man with brown hair, of average height, appearing to be in his late teens. He looks to prove himself in promoting ‘justice’.

Forbidden power: Biological manipulation. He has gun barrels built into his fingers, iron hands.

Name: Koma- deceased

Suit/Rank: Two of Wands

Description: A courageous mature man, appearing in his 30’s with a goatee, and straight middle parted hair, which’s black angle heads straight to his shoulders. He is a built cop.

Stats:

Feats: close range marksman, speed sense.

Zanpakuto: bladed truncheon, Squash, rubalis

Forbidden: Shotgun built into left arm, enhanced leg strength.

Name: Ikoya- deceased

Suit/Rank: Three of Wands

Description: An explorative Romanesque man with curly blond hair, Ikoya is a man of roper standing. He values foresight, and is quite secretarial.

Feats: grappler, fight by touch.

Zanpakuto: A longsword with a feather shaped blade. Aealis, fly

Forbidden: 20 fingers, 20 toes, hands and feet enlarge for this.

Name: Tehi- deceased

Suit/Rank: Four of Wands

Description: Excited and high as a kite, she obtains power in order to help others enjoy life. She is a girl, with straight blonde hair, and is ALWAYS bubbly.

Zanpakuto: butcher knife, tear them to ribbons, Wadsak

Name: Amachi

Suit/Rank: Six of Wands

Description: A hardworking 29ish male, this guy has the ‘perfect’ cop nature, always kind, smiling… until he snaps. He’s fond of strangulation, and keeps his hair back in a ponytail to keep it out of the way of seeing his victim’s last breath.

Zanpakuto: an air type staff with bladed wings off the spherical top, asphyxiate, seria

Forbidden: two extra arms built into his forearms that can split, long porcupine poisoning tounge, enhanced legs.

Suit/Rank: Seven of Wands

Description: An aggressive defiant guardian, he was tired of upper eschelons pushing him around. He is a 30’s ish in appearance man with short blond hair, and slightly pudgy, but maintains strong convictions.

Zanpakuto: An abacus on a stick, that is used as a hammer, it dishes out more damage based on ‘calculated sins’. Equate justice, Judicar

Forbidden: metal skeleton, enhanced healing, enhanced strength.

Name: Momisu- deceased

Suit/Rank: Eight of wands

Description: A former skilled trooper, she was caught selling information to gangsters. She’s quick to act, and knows how deep criminal behavior really runs. With brown hair, she is short, stocky, and wears glasses.

Zanpakuto: Split it, Trisdag. A dagger that replicates upon being thrown, one replication at a time.

Forbidden: enhanced eyes that allow long distance sight, chameleon skin, regenerating hands.

Name: Rerasun- deceased

Suit/Rank: Nine of Wands

Description: A 50 year oldish retired guardian, he is bandaged, and needs to use a crutch. He is persevering, and is tired of the same old shit getting past him. He was jailed after beating the crap out of a couple of punks. He is graying, but he is still built.

Zanpakuto: crutch constant release zank, which blasts out the bottom for movement. Name: destan

Forbidden: enhanced heart, which increases constitution, and produces blood so he can continue despite fatal bleeding, stretchy limbs, that can spring back, spiky extending tounge.

Name: Sowoni

Suit/Rank: Ten of wands

Description: A guy who took the blame for the death of his partner, he struggles with his hero complex. He appears in his 30’s blonde, and looks like (comic book) Constantine.

Feats: close ranged marksman, combat senses, sniper, use stolen zank (partner’s constant release longsword)

Zanpakuto: a bladed six shooter revolver, that fires metal spikes. Piercing rain, Vergalis

Forbidden: Hulk form. Strength, speed, regeneration, senses.

Name: Reiko -deceased

Suit/Rank: Page of Wands

Description: A short girl with pigtails, this Korean child is anything but sweet. A former protector of a far out rokungai town, she was known for her violent tendencies.

Stats:

Skills: healing kido 1, gather information 1, stealth 2, melee weapon training 3, acrobatics 3

Feats: shinigami stealth, barfighting, critical hand to hand, shinigami stealth: cloak presence, shinigami stealth veritable invisibility, wildcard.

Zanpakuto: Rip them, Sanguiga. A wicked, spiked black dagger that emits a corrosive, green gas.

Forbidden: bat wings, claws, nightvision, enhanced ears.

Name: Momoshiro- deceased

Suit/Rank: Knight of Wands

Description: A red haired fourty year old irish cop, this guy is stocky, and is an expert brawler. He was jailed after having one too many, and participating in a rather devastating bar fight.

Feats: reiatsu sensor, barfighting, combat senses, critical hand to hand, unpredictable fighting 1, unpredictable fighting 2, physical monstrosity.

Zanpakuto: Dent bone, marlime. A brass knuckle with spikes that, on a punch, the spikes explode outward (never inward) in reiatsu.

Forbidden: enhanced toughness of skin, iron limbs, detachable fists,, exploding fists, regenerating fist.

Name: Deirdre

Suit/Rank: Queen of Wands

Description: A 5’3, 100 pound girl, this redhead is a former shinigami with some talent. After being jailed for ‘dangerous behavior’, e.g., kicking seated officers repeatedly when irritated by them, and displaying other ‘unsettling behavior’, she vowed to go back to her post and show everyone up.

Zanpakuto: Dance on their toes, ormalis. A war hammer that has a ‘bouncy’ power allowing her to do the ‘sledgehammer spam’ of SSB.

Forbidden: transforms into a cat lady, with claws, nightvision, and the enhancements thereof, including speed, strength, nimbleness.

Name: Bently

Suit/Rank: King of wands

Description: Brown hair, slightly spiked, this 5’8 football player physique guy is a charmer. A former gotei member, he was investigated, and found to have forbidden powers, after displaying lecherous behavior. He’s a womanizer who is tough on crime, despite being a perverse, sexual assaulter himself.

Skills: basic healing 1, detective 1, performance/art 1, speechcraft inspirational 2, hand to hand 2, ranged weapon 2, speechcraft misdirecting 3, gather information 3

Feats: close range marksman, grappler, jack of all trades, critical hand to hand, sniper, toughness, shapechange (mastiff), physical monstrosity, combat mastery.

Zanpakuto: Shield and slice, Cristoalis. A captain America like shield that can be thrown, controlled, and produces a shield of reiatsu.

Forbidden: enhanced muscles, partial regeneration, enhanced bone structure, extending fingernails, poison excretion, metal shield built into back.
