Nanoscale Devices and Circuits Lab (NDCL)

The Nanoscale Devices and Circuits Lab (NDCL) explores futuristic devices, circuits, systems, and design methodologies. The focus is on developing energy-efficient solutions and expanding the envelope of state-of-the-art VLSI technologies.

Some projects we are currently working on are:

a) Energy-efficient brain-inspired computing: JEDS'24, TNANO'23, TNANO'22, JJAP'22, TED'21

b) Probabilistic and stochastic computing: TED'24, JETCAS'22, VLSID'22, VLSID'21, ISQED'19

c) Advanced VLSI Design and Automation: TVLSI'23, VLSI-SoC'22, MLCAD'21, TCAD'20, VLSID'18

Currently, we are looking for two PhD students in our group to work in these exciting areas of research.

You can contact me by email (sneh@iiitd.ac.in) if you want to work at NDCL. You should attach your latest CV with your email.
