The THROWING SERIES is set up using deep practice and talent code theories. Hitters will begin with the DYANAMIC WARM-UP followed by the Throwing Progression. The Throwing Progression is broken into four chucks to learn the movements and readiness to throw.
Band Routine Here the player will prepare the shoulder for throwing
Med Ball Here the player will prepare the full body for throwing and increase heart rate.
Wrist Weights Here the player will begin more intensive readiness and warm up the arm for throwing
Plyos Here the player will learn to pattern the arm and the body for proper throwing mechanics and prepare for normal throwing routine.
