LOADING PATTERN
These two videos are synced to FFS (Front Foot Strike). As discussed in the video the hitter had an issue with the Slider. His fix was to "stay back" to give himself a chance to see the "second read". While he was now able to see the Slider on the "Second Read" he was now incapable of getting to the fastball.
In the new pattern he focused on postier and where the weight was during his load.
LAUNCH PATTERN
These two videos are synced with contact. The spot where the hitter decides to hit the ball. Watching these two clips we can see he launches from a similar position and his on time for two different pitch speeds.
LOAD TO LAUNCH
In this clip we have synced to FFS. The purpose is to show how in both swings he is consistent to getting load to FFS. The key here is even though he is "down" at the same time he still has the ability to maintain his loading pattern to "stay back" on the breaking ball or launch sooner to be on time for the fast ball. This is the key to adjustability.
BUYING TIME
This is a close up of HOW he buys time on the slider vs how he lauches early for the fastball. On the slider you can see him "stay closed" or "stay square" as he "waits" to for the ball to get into the zone to launch. On the fastball you can see he launches earlier into FFS so he can be on time in the zone. This is achieved by how he loads forward into FFS and allows him to continue loading beyond FFS while making his "second read"
This is PIVOTAL to adjustability in the swing.

FULL SWING
In this clip we have the hitter synced to FFS again however we are allowing you to see the full swing. Its clear by watching this the hitters movements are the same up to FFS but it at that time we see the adjustability. In the top clip he launches into FFS while on the bottom clip the hitter has the ability to continue loading for a slower pitch.
THIS IS ADJUSTABILIY
BUYING TIME
This is a slowed down view on HOW the hitter buys time. The way he loads forward into FFS vs swings into FFS is what allows him to make the "second read'. This allows him to continue loading beyond FFS and delay launch until ball arrives into hitting zone.
