Materials in your course should be intuitive to students to use. Students should also be able to easily recognize how the materials relate to the stated outcomes.
If you link to external websites, make sure you state both why you are so doing and how they relate to the course materials. Simply having a list of URLs, and telling the students to visit them, is not sufficient to satisfy this review standard.
