The AndroidOS does not install any apps not downloaded from Google Play. Since this app is not available on Google Play, you need to tell your android explicitly to accept this app. To do so, go to Setup and choose Security (See picture 1). Then select "Unknown sources" (See picture 2).

After that, you may download the .apk file from the Downloads webpage. If installation does not take place automatically, go to your tablet's Downloads folder and select the file .apk to install.

For your security, you may want to return to Setup and unselect "Unknown sources" after the installation.
