Warm Ups

Welcome to the warm ups page. Here you will find a selection of exercises broken down into sections that you you can use for your warm ups. Remeber a warm up should always start off slow with simple exercises and then gradually progress into more complex exercises that get quicker the warmer your body gets.

Do the exercises in the following order: Pulse Rasiers, Dynamic Stretches, Technical Drills. You dont need to do them all but can choose a selection or 5 or 6 from each section. Try to pick exercises that warm up different parts of your body.

Your warm up should take between 15 and 20 minutes and should ensure that you are ready for the coming session. The list is by no means complete and i will add exercises to it from time to time.
