Registration

Registration now closed

Registration for the meeting must be made in advance via bmssadmin@btinternet.com, there will be no on-site registration possible. Your registration fee also includes the conference dinner on Tuesday night.

In the event of cancellations all efforts will be made to refund the registration fee, but the organising committee retains the right to withhold an amount equivalent to any unavoidable costs already incurred.

* Member of either the BMSS or RSC. Students may wish to note that the RSC student membership fee is only £16 per annum - so its cheaper to become a member of the RSC and then register as a student member rather than pay the full registration cost! BMSS Student Membership fees are £10 per annum. NOTE - BMSS members must have been a member of the society for 3 months prior to the meeting to take advantage of membership discounts.

Student Bursaries:

Application for student bursaries has now closed

A limited number of student bursaries will be offered to successful applicants who are undertaking a course of post-graduate research and who submit a poster for the meeting (application closing date has been extended to 22nd March 2011). Those chosen to receive a bursary will automatically be registered for the meeting (unfortunately accommodation costs will not be covered). We will be notify you directly if your application is successful.

Applications for bursaries must be made by submission of a poster abstract, making it clear in the covering email that you wish to apply for a student bursary. The email should also contain details of your status (e.g. 2nd year PhD etc), affiliation and course of study (research project title). Applications will be considered on a first-come, first served basis so early application is encouraged.

We thank our meeting sponsors for making the offer of these bursaries possible.
