Stage II Research Projects
Projects from Winter 2016-2017, inspired by our reading of the book Maddi's Fridge, about a girl whose family doesn't have enough food. This story inspired us to explore books related to hunger, including cookbooks and nonfiction about food, the human body, and agriculture. Students generated questions, many of which we were able to answer using books, online encyclopedias, and websites. Each class chose its own way to organize their learning and to share out with a larger audience. Below are their projects! We hope you enjoy them and learn a lot!
