RTI/PLC Institute Clarification

The August RTI/PLC Institute fulfills 2-days of the Time portion of your T/R/I (Time/Responsibility/Incentive) supplemental contract. You get paid for those 2 days.

If we vote to forego the August RTI/PLC Institute, we would be duty-bound to reinstate an October in-service date and a March in-service date to fulfill the obligations of our T/R/I contract. This could extend the school year by 2 days.

The proposed $300 for personal professional development would be on a reimbursement: you would have to pay for training, seminar, curriculum, etc. then submit receipts to the District for reimbursement. The $300 is per year, for a total of $600 over a 2-year contract period.
