Comment: Jackson is a self-motivated staff who is an expert in Managing Human Resources, finances and research for development. His knowledge in economics, education, philosophy and psychology helps him to be an all round objective and balanced personality. As a department head he provides technical advice to the management of RICE-WN and spear heads planning of all the activities, staff recruitment and critically looks at the finances of the organization

Comment: Eveline is a hard working committed and self driven individual to do her job, positive and transparent to her self and duties. She heads the Finance and Administration department and looks in to the welfare of RICE-WN staff.
Name: Oyeru Eunice
Position: Coordinator Community Development
Qualification: Bachelor in Development studies
Experience: 4 years
Comment: Hard work is the zeal to success. When the rural communities are empowered the deprivation trap of poverty is broken due to several livelihoods that are changed. Eunice has a great passion to work with the communities due to the diverse knowledge she has attained in the field and hence shall rest when every individual has become sustainable.

She coordinates a number of programs among other include; Water and sanitation, HIV/AIDS Prevention promotion, Maternal and Child Health promotion among others

Comment: Wahida is a very hard working intellectual, self motivated, a high risk taker and a team player inspired to work with the vulnerable people especially the women where much of the literature has portrayed as the most disadvantaged. However she highly believes that we can all become great world achievers if everything looks possible to us. She strongly says we can all take business although world misconception is that great business successors are devil worshipers!
