Implementing CBUS 311
The new OneView 311 system is now available for use. If you are a registered 311 user that manages service requests, you will be able to log in using your City credentials via the following URL: https://columbusohio.oneviewcrm.cc. Otherwise, to submit a request or to learn more, go to http://columbus.gov/311.
Users can visit the 311 OneView Training Resource Center for informational videos and quick reference materials. Included is information on how to log in and complete various system functions. In addition, many Departments have staff who received extra training so they can serve as a resource for you. A list of these staff members is available in the Training Resource Center.
For any 311 OneView issue, please submit a ticket using the 311 software category in TechDesk. This can include difficulty accessing the system or help with adding or removing user accounts, adding or updating a Service Request type and Knowledge Base article.
