311 OneView Training Resource Center

Good morning,

We are excited to share with you that the new 311 OneView system will go live on April 9, 2022. During the go-live process, 311 will be unavailable from 5:00 PM on April 8, 2022, until April 9, 2022, at noon, approximately.

With the launch of OneView, the legacy 311 system will be decommissioned. Once the new system is live, you will be able to log in through a web browser or desktop shortcut. Use the following Smartsheet link to submit your computer (host) name by March 25, 2022, if you would like to have a shortcut placed on your desktop for the new 311 system - 311 - OneView Shortcut Request Form. Your computer name can be found in the top right-hand corner of your monitor (see attached example). A shortcut is not required to access the system. All users will receive an email once implementation is complete containing the direct link OneView.

The 311 OneView Training Resource Center is your source for informational videos and quick reference guides regarding the new system. Included is information on how to log in and complete various system functions. In addition, many Departments have staff who received extra training so they can serve as a resource for you. A list of these staff members is available in the Training Resource Center.
