Simulation model

You can download our simulation models, which have been published already. We described signaling pathway by CellDesigner. The simulation models contain reaction eqations and kinetic parameters, most of which were determined experimentally.

これまでに発表してきたシミュレーションモデルをダウンロードできるようにしました。主に、CellDesignerを使って、シグナル伝達マップを描き、反応式とパラメーターを代入しています。CellDesigner 上でシミュレーションも可能です。具体的には原著論文をあたってください。

MetaMorph（画像解析ソフト）の解析用マクロもダウンロードできます。
