2.2 Traditionnal Template

You have not real alternative to upgrade it or customize it for a different gameplay. For dps maximization by gameplay I mean.

The only alternative which is more aoe oriented is : 0/53/18

"Increases the critical strike damage bonus of your Frost spells by X%." (X=33 ; 66 or 100)

It's a huge increase of dps on your critical strikes. Affects Frostfire bolt.

2.3.2 Precision

"Reduces the mana cost and increases your chance to hit with spells by X%." (X = 1; 2 or 3)

2.3.3 Icy Veins

With the Ice Shards this is the main reason why some new mages think it can be powerful to play FrostFire.

This talent gives you an additionnal cooldown:

"Accelerates your spellcasting, granting 20% haste and preventing spell pushback. Lasts 20 sec. "
