Here I will share you the leveling spec I recommend for each 10 levels steps. As an arcane mage.
This spec must be change at level 80 whenever you are playing PvP or PvE, it's not optimize for a lvl 80 player. It's just the most useful way to spend your points in order to do quests and survive while you are leveling up.
