past two years was to use the existing funds in the account to pay for Commons mowing.
Open discussion was had concerning issues concerning the Association, among the items discussed were:
Todd discussed possibility of transferring ownership/responsibility of commons to the City. Based on
feedback from the Mayor’s Ombudsman as well as the Attorney that has represented the Association, the
City will not be open to taking ownership of any watershed/commons areas.
Todd discussed the responsibilities of the Board as outlined in the By-Laws.
Nominations were received and seconded for the following candidates for the Board of Directors: Jeff
Wiese, Todd Loseke, Franklin Choutka, Dan Reisdorff, and Amber Buell.
A verbal vote was made to elect the candidates that were nominated for the Board of Directors. Slate of candidates
was approved by a unanimous vote.
Board will meet within the next few weeks to elect officers and discuss priorities. Any concerns should be
sent to PRHA@neb.rr.com. A letter will most likely be sent to Association Members following the Board
