Financial Report
- 2017 dues assessment will be $30
- Two properties paid year-to-date, both from property sales
- $9,818.45 dues outstanding (see "Dues Invoices" in New Business below)
- Payments made since May include mowing service, tree removal, liability insurance, and roll-off rental
No properties currently for sale or recently sold
Covenant violation reports for three properties; Todd will draft a letter informing property owners.
- Boat storage in driveway for longer than one month
- Storage pods in driveway since June 23
- Long-term storage of appliances and furniture in driveway
Commons Area Maintenance
- City sent letter requesting maintenance of weedy area on the north end of the commons area, abutting North Hills HOA property
- Tree removal recently completed, but we anticipate ongoing costs as more trees drop branches or fall
- Indigo Court property owners may be able to contribute to the solution
New Business
- Election of Officers—Todd nominated the slate: Todd Loseke, President; Ken Snyder, Vice-President; Neal Bryan, Secretary; Dorothy Ramsey, Treasurer. Voting was unanimous in the affirmative.
- Dues Invoices—Annual dues notices have been printed and Todd will send them to property owners this week. No objection was raised to incurring postage expense for invoices
