Increase leg strength, explosive power and endurance using weights, band resistance, Swiss ball and BOSU training to help you last longer on the slopes.

Improve balance and core stability using bodyweight, Swiss ball and BOSU techniques to challenge your body and improve your skiing.
Ski Specific Agility
Condition your hips, back, knees, ankles and thighs with a combination of bodyweight and BOSU agility drills to prevent injury and to prepare your body for more challenging runs.
