The Need For Speed
Regardless to whether you compete as a professional sportsperson, a 'Weekend Warrior', school prodigy or just want to reach your potential, training in Speed, Agility and Quickness will improve your performance within your specific sport.
I have many years experience of competing and coaching a diverse range of sports. I have applied Speed, Agility and Quickness specific drills and techniques to many of my clients, including one who's training helped her to become Britain's No.1 tennis player. I am confident that it can also help you reach your potential within your specific sport.
Quick G&T training starts with an athletic assessment. I will look at your sport, your basic speed & strength, your speed strength, your running mechanics and your agility and then develop specific drills and techniques to improve your Speed, Agility and Quickness.
Speed
We define speed as the ability to get from point A to point B in the fastest possible time. While not everyone can be as fast as Usain Bolt, I believe you can improve your speed to the best of your potential. Exercises include:
