Dear Mr. Benítez:
We are two students of UCSC, concerned about some problems which affect the community, principally the university and school students. We are writing in order to complain about pickpocketing in Concepción.
The first thing we would like to draw you attention to is the low security that we have in the bus stops in our city, especially near universities and schools. Secondly, we would like to mention the fact that the corresponding sanctions to those who have committed this type of crime, have not been carried out by the authorities.
We would be grateful if you may give us a fair solution as soon as possible. We have some kind of ideas to solve problems, such as increase the personal security in the bus stops and implement courses for bus drivers to learn how to deal with this kind of situations.
We look forward to hearing from you, and we really appreciate your help.
Sincerely,
