No Refills Authorized

This section will provide detailed directions on what to do if we receive a script, with no refills authorized, that is able to be cycle filled. If the medication is not able to be cycle filled, send the full supply.

New Order (not previously filled)

Count down the medication to the end of the month and check the "Cycle Fill" box. The medication will pull in the 2nd exchange, or appear on the report that is run at the end of every month.

Please note: If we are already dispensing the next month's supply, we will have to dispense the full script.

Updated Script (has been previously filled)

Currently in a batch:

File as a Pending Update.

Not filled in full for cycle fill:
