To access pharmacy applications you will have to go to the Citrix Login site.
Log in using the same credentials when you logged into Windows.
Click the icon for Pharmacy Applications. A pop-up window will appear asking you where to save the launch file; it doesn't really matter where, so you can put it in the default location that comes up.
Once the file has downloaded, open the file. After a few moments, you should see some windows appear and disappear.
A little box will appear in the bottom corner of your screen that says "Rx Launcher" and has some applications that you can launch. Click on FrameworkLTC then launch. After FrameworkLTC opens launch DocuTrack the same way.
**If you do not see the box, look for this icon on your task bar and click on it**
Move DocuTrack and FrameworkLTC to the desired screens.
