Choir Tours
There are no current plans for a Choir Tour in 2023-2024.
Old Tour Information from 2018
Reminder: Most importantly, this is an educational event. You will have free time to explore. However, please remember you are going for the education first and the playtime second.
Payment of $200 is due by the end of August. The rest, $150, is due by the end of September. If you wish to pay it all at once, that is completely fine.
Checks are made out to ASB Choir and can be delivered to OHHS during regular office hours or mailed in.
Our premium "Musical Theater Workshop" is on Monday, December 17. Our "Soundtrack Workshop" is on Tuesday, December 18. Past trips have included a performance. We are foregoing the performance too have a longer workshop on Monday.
If you are unable to attend, please let me know ASAP so I can start down the standby list and give another student this opportunity.
Financing:
To attend this trip, a student must pay a $350 participation fee.
We will be participating in a fundraiser. More information to come
Students will need to pay for their meals. Details are below in "What to Bring"

We will only be awarding 2 scholarships for $70 and 3 scholarships for $40.
Scholarship recipients will be notified the week after the auditions.
Basic Rules of Success:
Follow school rules. Anyone violating safety and/or school rules will be sent home at the parent’s expense.
Never miss a call time or check in.
Buddy System! Always stay with OHHS students. Never go somewhere alone. This is the kind of thing that if violated, means we don’t travel for a few years.
When in public, please remember that you represent our school. Please mind your manners.
No food, drinks, gum, or hats in our workshops. There is little more annoying to professional performers than a gum-smacking teenager who is in their way. Let’s leave a good impression.
Restaurants are not cafeterias. Don’t leave trash, play with your food, or meander around like a lost puppy. A restaurant is somebody’s work zone and your server is trying to earn a living as a server, not your personal photographer. Please respect them and the other customers by keeping your discussions and behavior appropriate. Bad behavior loses them business in the future when other guests don’t come back.
All students, especially Club Officers, are to report any unsavory behavior or risk being held accountable for not reporting.
Act with respect, honor, integrity, and initiative at all times.
Use common sense. Mind your Ps and Qs. Mind your manners: say “Thank you” and so forth.
