February 18th 2018 Bigfoot Sighting

I was contacted by Scott Colborn of the KZUM Radio Show Exploring Unexplained Phenomena . He had received a report on his Facebook page from an Angie N regarding a experience her husband had this is her account: Scott, my husband thought he saw a Bigfoot right outside Lincoln last weekend, he came home and still had goosebumps. He said he was traveling on 70th, heading towards Waverly Rd, it was snowing and a little slick when some deer crossed the road in front of him. He hit his brakes and slid a little towards the ditch facing east, he watched the deer run east and all of the sudden they turned south(on a dime). Then saw something very big and dark pop out of the trees and in a matter of 4 steps and like it was floating, was across to the other set of trees and after those deer. He's still in shock about what he saw. I'm surprised about the location he saw it in...do you know of any other sightings in this area?

I believe this is a credible report for several reasons. The description of the ambush deer hunting is a classic Bigfoot. I believe there was more than one involved as the deer seemed to be chased into the direction of the one observed. The floating movement of the Bigfoot is a common experience people describe. They move fluently with a step that is up and down in a straight line with one foot always on the ground stepping on their front pad and pushing forward as the heal lands. The metatarsal break allows flexibility of the foot and gives them better balance on various terrain especially uphill. Homosapiens step heal to toe and lack the metatarsal break (Dr. Jeffrey Meldrum). The location along the road is also a common sighting by motorists who seem caught of guard. The snow would have also limited his sight but allowed for enough information to make this a class A sighting.

This area is largely rural but is a good example of peripheral urban settings that have Bigfoot activity. Farm land with acreages and  timbered areas boarding these properties. Salt creek is a few miles to the south and the City dump is a few miles south and west from this location also. There had been sightings near 84th and Superior street of two Juvenile (APES) 2010. I contacted Angie and will follow up in the future to take pictures of the location. Her Husband didnt think he had much to add to his account but I would like to speak with him also.
