I searched the source listed above for Book 20 pages 581[image 293], 582 [image 294], page 619 [image 312], and page 683 (image 344) for references to Nollet.  Images 293, 294, 312,and 344 were downloaded on May 8, 2023, and saved to Documents in my Master Flash Drive. I also downloaded snippets for these pages so I could transcribe and translate them. A pdf of Case 241 and 242 were added to FamilySearch.

Kammerherrn und Capitaine, Grafen zu Rantzow Compagnie Nolle in puncto angefangener Händel und Verwundung der Klägerin Ehemannes ward, in gegewart Mr Prosch und des Burgers Nansen, bekr: folges  gestalt examinirt:

1) Wie Er mit Vor= und Zunamen heisse ?

Resp: Er heisse Franciscus Nollet, sei aus Trier gebürtig, 19 Jahre Alt, unverheirathet, Katholischer Religion, stehe in Königl: diensten 1/2 Jahr, und habe auf 12 Jahre capitulirt.

On complaint of Ingebor Niels daughter and the burgher together with brewer Bendt Nansen the tambour of the same chamberlain and captain, Graf zu Rantzow company Nolle in puncto [in regards to ] commenced trades and wounding of the plaintiff husband was examined, in care of Mr Prosch and the burgher Nansen, bekr: follows:

1) What is his first and last name ?

Resp: His name is Franciscus Nollet, he is a native of Trier, 19 years old, unmarried, of the Catholic religion, he has been in royal service for 1/2 year, and had signed up [capitulated] for 12 years.

2) Ob er nicht erbends den 29 August in des Burgers Nansen Hause, Mads Carls-Hof genannt, in Gesellschaft einiger Garden zu Fuss gekommen

Response: Ja

3) Wer seins Compagnons gewesen?

Response: Der Tambour Descher, die Gardes Kupferschmidt und Greifan von der Leib-Garde zu Fuss

4) Woher er mit selbigen bekant sei?

Er habe mit ihnen in einem Keller in der St. Petri Strasse an dem Tage getruncken und sei da daher mi ihnen, welche er rochen nicht gekennt, bekant worden.

5) Um was Zeit es gewesen, als er gefragtermassig in des Nansen Hause mit deren Gardes gekommen?

Yes

3) Who were his companions?

Response: The tambour Descher, the guards Kupferschmidt and Greifan from the Life Guard on foot.

4) Where did he get acquainted with them?

He had drunk with them in a cellar in St. Petri Street that day and was therefore acquainted with them, which he did not know.

5) What time was it when he came to the Nansen house with their guards?



Resp: es wäre 10-1/2 Uhr gewesen.


6)Woher sie damahls gekommen waren?

Resp: aus dem schonbesagten Keller und hatten Spatziery gegangen


7) Wer von ihren des Antrag gethan, in des Haus des Nansen zu gehen und in welcher Absucht?

Resp: das habe der Tambour Descher von der Garde Gethan, um noch eine Kann Bier zu trincken.

8) Ob nicht der Burger sich geweigirt, vor ihnen zu Zapfen weil es, schon über 10 Uhr gewesen?

Resp: Ja

Resp: it would have been 10-1/2 o'clock.


6)Where they had come from at that time?

Resp: from the already mentioned cellar and had gone to Spatziery.


7) Who of them asked to go to the house of Nansen and in which search?

Resp: the tambour Descher from the guard Gethan, to drink another can of beer.

8) Whether the burgher did not refuse to tap before them because it was already over 10 o'clock?

Resp: Yes


9) Ob nicht hieraber Jemand mit demselben Streit anfangen Wollen?

Resp: das Sey der Tambour Descher gewesen, der sich darüber mit dem Wirthe getritten, alleine worin die vorgelassene Warter wisse er nicht.

9) But whether someone did not want to start a quarrel with the same?

Resp: It was the tambour Descher who argued about it with the landlord, but he did not know what the waiter had done.
