Mobiles and M&E

The project focuses on mobile phone technology and its uses for Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) in development work. In the interest of finding projects with the widest possible application, the group sought to identify projects using mobile phones as well as smart phones and PDAs. Within this wiki there is a page describing traditional methods of M&E, another page which reviews several notable case studies, a page providing recommendations on things to keep in mind when using mobiles for M&E, another page discussing what technologies are evolving to push the capabilities M&E, and finally, the wiki provides an index of useful mobile resources.
