HOW TO START YOUR CHARACTER
First and foremost, know you that the Character Sheet for Neo-Florida is fast and loose. The nature of the game allows for quick integration of any splatbook, so long as it translates to the d20 system.
Certain rulings have already been made and may be referenced in the course of the game.
Consider, if you will, some light reading:
https://sites.google.com/site/neofloridarp/home/game-mechanics/rulings
From there are many rulings, definitions, and more.
For the dice rolls for your stats, here is how we're going to do it:
Roll 3d6 six times.
Do this three more times, creating four sets of numbers. Remember, you can reroll 1's each time they come up (DM fiat - you can also offer a "reroll 1's and 2's only once").
You may swap out the lowest number from the set you want to keep with one of the other sets.
Discard those other sets.
All characters start with 10 Style points and one Finisher. All characters start with a maximum of 44 character points (this does NOT count towards stats - that's why we rolled dice).
Uncustomized Hype Attacks are as follows for all level 1 characters:
User now enters a special attack round which counts as Speed 10. Cannot be used as an Interrupt or Counter. Can only be used either at the beginning or end of the user's attack round. Gives up all other attack actions to perform one unblocked, undodgeable attack that is considered a Take 20. Follows the rules of Elan.
All PC's involved start at (job) level 1 and Elan of 1g. All PC's, no matter who, start with two attack actions of +1 /+1, until they "catch up" with their job's BaB (Base Attack Bonus).
QUICK DESCRIPTIONS:
HYPE ATTACK/Hypeometer - as you battle or do things throughout the day, the GM will assign Hype percentage that goes directly into your Meter. The Hypeometer builds up until it hits 100%, wherein you can declare that your character is going into Hype Mode. During Hype Mode, your character can pull off one Uncustomized or Customized Hype Attack.
Finishing Move - There is no quick way of doing this one. Go check out the following information for Finishers and more game mechanics:

From here, the best way to build your character is to use the Big Eyes Small Mouth d20 splatbook:

If you require help with building your character, please ask the DM. As in all things, DM has final say on what's-what and when's that.
Once you've acquired your starting character sheet, please turn it into the DM for final polishing. If there are feats or abilities available to you at level 1, please consider them. If you wish to start with a homebrew jorb, please talk to the DM concerning this.
Otherwise, choose your jorb, start your character, and get ready to get pumped SUPER fucking quick!
