Chuck's Muffins - Madalenes d'en Carles

 

Ingredients:

-6 eggs

-400 g sugar

-440 g All purpose flour

-200 ml milk

-320 ml sunflower oil

-1 pk (16 g) baking powder

- lemon zeist (optional)

 

 

 

Ingredients:

-400 g sucre

-440 g farina

-200 ml llet

-320 ml oli de girasol

-1 sobre llevadura royal (16 g)

-1 pela de llimona ratllada (opcional)

Preparation:

Mix eggs and sugar for 2 min using the whipping attachment of the kitchen aid (speed 6). Add in the flour, baking powder, milk and oil and mix until the paste is homogeneous.

Let rest for 2 h covered with plastic wrap

Fill muffin paper half way

Cook in the oven at 390-430 F for about 14 min

Let cool down and enjoy

 

 

Preparació:

Mesclar ous i sucre amb el batedor de la Kitchen Aid, 2 min, velocitat 6.

Afegir la farina, la llevadura, llet i oli i barrejar fins que la pasta sigui homogènia.

Deixar reposar dues hores tapat amb plastic

Omplir motllos de madalena a mitja alçada

Coure 14 min al forn at 180-200C

Deixar refredar i disfrutar

NATALIA'S PREP

(pre-warm oven at 450F)

-With kitchen aid mix eggs and sugar, speed 6-8 with wired beater until it starts foaming (~5 min)

-Add oil and let incorporate (speed 6)

-Add milk and let incorporate (speed 6)

-Add flour, baking powder and vanilla, mix at speed 6 and let incorporate.

-Finally add  lemon juice.

-Spoon mix into baking cups (3/4 full) in a muffin tray

-Cook 14 min at 425F

-Let cool down in a rack

4 large eggs (210-230 g)

175 g sugar

300 g all purpose flour

185 g milk

175 g sunflower oil

16 g baking powder

1/2 tsp vanilla powder

2 tsp lemon juice
