Iracing Purchases
Below you can see my total purchases for iracing simulator @ iracing.com of which I am no longer a promoter of.
I will go into my many reasons later in the page.
Where you see 0.00 charges is hosted sessions that actually where pre-paid with Iracing dollars,
each one of those sessions cost this account $3.00 each. This whole thing was a huge disappointment to me.
I loved the road track side of iracing and my mistake was getting involved with circle tracks in iracing.
Like any racing online or in rl there is issues. Nothing is perfect. I really enjoyed the road racing side of iracing
despite lack of my rc talent. I raced clean and in a sportsmanship way as to participate not to win. My only problem with the cars is they all seem to have the same feel, just the speed you can travel in changes. I am sure they will work on that no doubt.
Problems:
Iracing equals the new American way, give the big mouths all the benefit doubt adhere to the crying masses and ignore
the silent common sense driven. If you have any respectful criticism and voice your opinion in a direct but public way on there forums you will become a target for there admins. They are very communistic/ intolerant in there censorship of there own forums.
Basically the want a bunch of kids or dummies that adhere like sheep.
There staff makes it a them versus the customer situation which is very uncomfortable. Even there company president
admitted to me in email that there customer server as well as way they dealt with issues is very unpolished and there
people are not costumer service savvy (or in similar words).
My biggest grip is you cannot have a chief admin of thousands playing good ole boy with buddies.
That has happened there to many times to count. Having governing bodies admin and racing in the events works in small leagues or clubs but not when It is a business that you pay top dollar for. It would be like having nascars chief suit up and race in all of nascars series. Just find that poor judgment on there part.
I did not rent all the content but was a pretty big supporter of iracing as you can see below. The quality of racing was horrid on the circle tracks on the road tracks I found it to be much more fun even though my racing history was as a circle track driver.
The sportsmanship on circle tracks was horrid and constantly felt as if I was surrounded by egomaniacs with everything to prove to nobody that knew them. (which makes sense if you read that a few times.)
Dam shame because I know different .... some of the nicest people i have ever met in my life where while playing nascar 2003.
