每個人的學習方式與程度不同,所以請按照你的進度,在每一課(為期三週)結束前,完成並熟練下面四階段的練習。
階段一:注重聽和說新的生詞,並會做代換練習。(建議練習方式:大聲念網頁上階段一整理的詞語、自己造句)
階段二:練習用生詞來造句。(建議練習方式:熟念課本的句子、自己造句並寫下來,給老師修改。)
階段三:認識中文生字與生詞。(建議練習方式:在紅本上練習寫 5次、用字卡測驗自己知道如何念某個字)
階段四:會默寫每個生字與生詞。(建議練習方式:請家長念給你聽,你默寫每個字)
挑戰:練習與背誦課本後面所有的造詞。
我也挑戰一些中文程度較好的學生,每三週能寫一則短文給我,我將會為你修改。本週題目為:我的家人。你也可以寫自己喜歡的題目,不一定要採用老師的。還不能寫短文的學生,請用第一課的生詞造句,每天一句,共五個句子,寫在一張白紙上,與每週練 習簿(word book or assignment book)一起交。

Everyone has different learning style and level. So, according to your own pace, finish and master the content from the following four phases.
Phase 1: Focus on listening/speaking new phrases and can replace words to extend meaning. (Suggested learning method: read each phrase aloud from the webpage of phase1, create your own sentences by using the phrases.)
Phase 2: Practice making sentences with new patterns. (Suggested learning method: read through the sentences from the textbook, write down the sentences you created for the teacher to correct for you.)
Phase 3: Recognize new Chinese characters and know its new phrases (Suggested learning method: Write each character 5 times on the red book, use flash cards to test yourself how to read each character)
Phase 4: Write new Chinese characters from memory. (Suggested learning method: ask your parents to read it for you to write down from memory)
Advanced challenge: Memorize all the phrases from each lesson listed on the back of the textbook.
I also challenge some of you to write a short story every three week and I will correct it for you. The topic for this week:My family. It's not necessary to use my topic. You can write the story by choosing the topic you like. If you don't feel comfortable to write a short story, please create your own sentences, one sentence each day for totally five sentences by using the phrases you learn from the current lesson. Write them on the blank paper and submit with your weekly assignment word book.

red book for practicing writing new character (if you think it's useful for your learning)
Write one sentence each day for totally 5 sentences by using the phrases from those on phase1 and phase2. (Write them on another blank paper.)
