These examples showcase my experience designing, revising, and supporting instructor-led training (ILT) across higher education and healthcare settings. My work has focused on creating materials that are both effective and flexible—helping instructors guide learners of diverse backgrounds and skill levels. Projects include developing entirely new training programs as well as revising existing materials to improve clarity, engagement, and usability.
Designed to support international faculty using a new LMS for Academic English courses, this training included a face-to-face workshop, an interactive PowerPoint manual, and a short video walkthrough. Multiple delivery formats ensured faculty could access guidance in the way that worked best for them.
Existing instructor-led materials were updated to improve usability and learner engagement. For instance, a PowerPoint for family asthma education was redesigned with institutional branding, consistent graphics, and a flexible structure, allowing trainers to target content based on learner needs.
