Problem: Children needed to be prepared for their upcoming endoscopy visit. A child's first time undergoing anesthesia can be confusing and worrisome. Families also need to follow the correct food and drink protocols to ensure the procedure can happen and doesn't need to be rescheduled. 

Solution: We chose the the Business Friendly character set, because the more cartoony style, was considered more appropriate for a pediatric audience. Partnered with a medical illustrator and animator to develop some of the medical-specific animations. Finally, I got to coach a young voice actor, my 12-year-old daughter, during the recording of the dialogue.
