I’m an instructional designer with over 20 years of experience creating learning solutions that make a difference. My work has spanned healthcare, higher education, and corporate training, but my recent focus has been on designing engaging, outcomes-driven education in the United States.
Currently, I serve as Principal Instructional Designer & Technologist at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, where I develop blended learning, eLearning, microlearning, and performance support resources for patients, families, and staff. In this role, I collaborate with clinicians, nurse educators, and stakeholders to ensure every learning experience is both meaningful and measurable—supporting not only knowledge but also confidence in applying that knowledge in real life.
In addition, I partner with organizations such as Northeastern University, Elsevier, and PwC through freelance instructional design projects. These collaborations have allowed me to transform traditional content into interactive online courses, scenario-based learning, and digital microlearning experiences that meet the needs of diverse learners.
At the core of my design philosophy is a simple principle: learning should be accessible, engaging, and effective. I combine proven instructional design theory with innovative use of technology to create solutions that improve understanding, close knowledge gaps, and support performance. Whether I’m working with healthcare teams, faculty, or corporate leaders, I strive to build learning experiences that truly empower people.
