Storyline

Problem: Families who need to learn tracheostomy care are given a print binder of educational content to compliment face-to-face training received at the bedside and the learning center prior to discharge. However, these binders are often misplaced and do not take advantage of current technology to enhance learning of hands on skills.
Solution: A digital learning interaction was created that marries video instruction with interactive practice. This module provides opportunities for families to preview and practice skills prior to classes, review skills at a later date, and help additional caregivers who were not trained in the hospital to learn these skills to support the primary caregiver. This module was so well received that is also being used to train homecare nursing staff on the CHOP Open platform.

Problem: CFOs need to understand the impact budgetary decisions and SAP planning can have on cybersecurity. They are also extremely busy and need short high impact digital training.
Solution: A module was designed that follows a newly appointed CFO through several business meetings. You are asked to make budgetary choices, and SAP decisions. You experience a cyber attack that is based off these decisions and need to navigate that. Finally you receive graded feedback based on several categories based off your decisions. The experience can be repeated several times with unique outcomes. See a video walkthrough below.
