So I am posting my personal theories. Where I have not had a chance to research if my theories pan out or not?
SO this is just me throwing out ideas, that I want to investigate later. Once i learn more about how things work, my theories will obviously change...
Here are some of them.
1)Vitamin D supplementation is bad. I think supplements are not what the body actually needs. Its a close knock off. That it is probably causing more problems. Vitamin D supplement is not good enough and our immune system can not actually use it. I think the sun is the only option - 20 minutes twice a week should be possible for EVERYONE.
2)Folic Acid - our bodies do not want Folic Acid but Folate. I think this is bad too...similar reason to vitamin D
3) Supplements - vitamins - dangerous unless you don't have enough.?
4) Cancer - why is everyone getting cancer?
4 a) is it something in the environment has turned off part of our immune system. All our cells have receptors. What if a chemical in the environment has latched on to this receptor?
4b) Clean theory - maybe we need to put more hands in our mouth? Is it possible the less you stress your immune system, the more you lose? Sort of like muscle... use it or lose it?
4c) Thymus - age related cancer - this decreases with age - by 65 only %5 is left. How to activate it again
4d) Vitamin Deficiency - something so simple could be the cause. The fact that everyone is getting positive results from taking mushrooms, and they are all genetically different, leads me to believe it could be something simple as a vitamin problem? I am less inclined to think it is food related because everyone eats differently,(my dad never ate out)
4 f) Alcohol - ? could it be something in alcohol?
5) Vaccines for aggressively changing viruses - like the flu. I think this is total bullshit. I think boosting innate immune system should be able to handle the flu. Also, people i think are the sickest are the ones getting annual shots - studies shown if you are prone to autoimmune diseases, vaccines will make it worse.
6) Innate immune system is where its at. Only now is more attention is given to this area.
7) Exercise is SOOO important - to move the fluid around in your body
8) Foods we are eating. The way we prepare grains and nut is wrong. I think we are missing some critical vitamins. Look what happen in early 1900 when corn became the common food... niacine deficiency! It took 40 years and 100,000 deaths to figure it out. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pellagra
The fact that mushrooms are having such profound effects on everybody around me... shows me, we are definitely missing something, and i have no idea what that something is.... not yet.
