What needed to happen for spontaneous regression of cancer?

I was reading about spontaneous remission, and 80% of the cases had prolonged fever. This means your immune system is working. Also, there are theopies that do heat with chemo and getting good results. Heat your boobs up before, during after chemo... I am serious... It opens up the blood vessels so the drugs can get in. Plus, cancer cells don't like heat...
