Message from the President ...

I am Hung-Gay Fung, Dr. Y.S. Tsiang Professor of Chinese Studies at the University of Missouri-St. Louis and the president of Midwest Chinese American Science and Technology Association (MCASTA; 美中西區華人學術聯誼會). Let me welcome you to participate and share the 36 years of history with the scientific meetings and social gatherings held on Saturday, September 14, 2019.

Our conference venue will be held at the Plaza Hotel Clayton, 7750 Carondelet Ave, Clayton, MO 63105. The one-day conference will be held on September 14, 2019 starting at 8:30am on Saturday

This year we host a conference focusing on difference issues related to the biotech and artificial intelligence (AI), which have a tremendous impact on our daily life. We have invited the keynote speaker, Professor Richard Head, Head of the Genome Tech Access Center, Washington University to give a talk in our conference. Professor Head is a prominent scholar and a dynamic speaker.

In addition, we have several sessions on AI and biotech & Genome engineering issues and a session on wildlife trafficking and digital marketing that will certainly attract a wide range of audience.
