Tamarkin/Kontsevich's proof of deformation quantization of R^n via Deligne's conjecture and related topics

Kontsevichは任意のPoisson多様体に対しその変形量子化が存在する事を証明した. その後Tamarkinに触発され、KontsevichはR^nの場合にDeligne予想（任意の結合的代数のHochschild余複体に、自然な2-代数の構造がある）を経由した別証明を発表した. 本セミナーではこの証明を基礎知識なしに解説し、可能であれば関連するformality problemsへの応用を議論したい.

Hochschild余鎖複体に対するDeligneの予想と形式性
一般のPoisson多様体に対する変形量子化の存在問題がKontsevichにより解決された事はよく知られているが、Tamarkinの仕事に触発される形でKontsevichはR^nの場合の別証明を与えた。この別証明では任意の結合的代数（もっと一般に、A無限大代数）のHochschild余鎖複体が自然なホモトピーGerstenhaber代数の構造を持つというDeligneの予想を用いてHochschild余鎖複体の形式性（formality）を示す事が鍵になっているが、この戦略はKontsevich-Soibelmanによりさらにcyclic版が証明されたのち、Dolgushev-Tamarkin-Tsyganらにより拡張されており、変形量子化問題の文脈を超えて重要である。
KontsevichのDeligne予想の証明は、Boardman-VogtやF.Cohenらの代数的トポロジーの文脈での仕事を巧妙に代数に移植しており、オペラッドの言語に依っている。
Dolgushevらによる2000年代以降の展開について解説する事は講演者の手に余るが、オペラッドの定義から始め、Deligne予想と形式性の最初のKontsevichによる証明に絞ってその幾何的なアイディアが腑に落ちるよう解説する事を目標としたい。

Kontsevich's proof of Deligne's conjecture and formality
In this expository talk I will explain how the little 2-discs operad $E_2$ and one of its variants are used in Kontsevich's now classical proof of the Deligne's conjecture, which claims that the Hochschild cochain complex has a natural action of the chain operad of $E_2$. Kontsevich used the Deligne's conjecture to solve a formality theorem for $¥mathbb{R}^n$ appeared in the context of Deformation quantization. Intended for non-specialists.
