Travel Advisory – Storm Damage Update ⛈️
Please use caution while traveling throughout the Township. Recent storms have caused numerous downed trees and debris, leading to hazardous road conditions. Township, state, and county road crews are actively working to clear roadways as quickly and safely as possible. Please allow extra travel time and avoid affected areas when possible.
⚠️ At this time, all roads are passable with caution.
If you encounter any road issues, please use caution and let us know. Drive carefully and stay alert for changing conditions.
A relatively small community with a population of about 3,520, Marlborough Township is largely rural and unspoiled and remains protected by ordinances that promote- responsible development. Large areas are permanently preserved as Open Space and will remain forever green. The Township works to sustain the character and lifestyle treasured by residents and visitors while respecting the rights of property owners.

PUBLIC NOTICE SALE OF EQUIPMENT -Marlborough Township is accepting bids for the sale of used municipal equipment being sold in "as-is" condition. Bids will be received via public auction on the Municibid website (www.municibid.com) until 12:00 PM on April 8, 2026, for the following: 2017 Ford Explorer Police Interceptor.

ZONING HEARING BOARD VACANCY
Marlborough Township is seeking residents interested in serving on the Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB). Applicants must be residents of Marlborough Township. For more information regarding the responsibilities of the Zoning Hearing Board, please review the description here.

PECO TREE TRIMMING AND REMOVAL PECO LETTER
PECO will be performing tree trimming and removal services beginning in April. The work will focus on areas along Reihman Road, Route 29, and McLean Station Road. If you are located in or near these areas, please review the letter for more information.
FREE QPR SUICIDE PREVENTION PROGRAM
The Rotary Club of Upper Perk is sponsoring a free QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) Program focused on suicide warning signs and prevention on April 6, 2026 from 6:00PM – 8:00PM at the Schwenkfelder Library. This important training helps community members recognize the warning signs of suicide and learn how to respond effectively to someone who may be in crisis.
Community members are encouraged to attend this informative and potentially life-saving program. FLYER
PICK UP PENNSYLVANIA -Keep Pennsylvania Beautiful, a community improvement program, has events scheduled from March 1st through May 31. Free trash bags, gloves, and safety vests will be provided by PADEP for those participating in Pick Up Pennsylvania program. FLYER

🦺PennDOT - Road Concerns and Complaints - If you have a maintenance concern related to a State maintained roadway, such as potholes or dead deer, please call 1-800-FIX-ROAD or click here to use the online form. To report dead deer on Township or County maintained roadways, please call the PA Game Commission at 610-926-3136.
💡PECO outages -PECO employees are ready to respond to any outages that may occur due to storms in the area. If you lose power, smell gas, or see low hanging wires, you are urged to contact PECO in the mobile app, online at www.peco.com/outage, text ADDOUTAGE to 697326 (MYPECO), or call directly at 800-841-4141. 2026 Skymount Lake Fishing Permits - Fishing permits are available during normal business hours at the Township Office, the Police Department, Boulder Woods Campground or by mailing the application with the necessary information and fees.
