How do I get a copy of a police report?

Complete the Right to Know Request Form; (How to file; RTK Law; Marlborough Twp RTK policy) and return it to Marlborough Township Police Department Attn: Chief Darren Morgan Right-To-Know Officer.


How do I get a copy of a driver manual?

You can pick one up from our station during normal business hours or visit the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation website to view or download available manuals.

How do I request a copy of my driver history?

You can request a copy through Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Online Service Center. On this site you can also renew your license and registration, correct your address and more.

How do I request a copy of my criminal history?

You can request a copy through the Pennsylvania State Police website.

How can I file a protection from abuse action?

You can contact the Women's Center of Montgomery County at     1-800-773-2424. The Women's Center's legal advocates are available to assist and accompany you through all the steps of this process, from filling out the paperwork to meeting with the Judge.

Gun Locks

The Marlborough Township Police Department is pleased to announce the availability of free gun locks to local residents. These locks were made available to the police department through Project Child Safe and work on all types of weapons by locking the chamber in an open and safe mode. To obtain a free lock(s) for your gun stop into the Police Department or Township office during normal business hours.
