Most information can be found on the Montgomery County website. Other township records are public information and will be made available to you for inspection after the requester fills out a Right to Know Request Form; (How to file; RTK Law; Marlborough Twp RTK policy). The Township maintains “Property Files’ (TMP) for each property in the township. These files may include (or may not):
Plot Plans
Construction drawing for buildings, additions and/or alterations
Records of past citation and prosecutions
General correspondence
Permits, approvals and other miscellaneous information that Marlborough Township has received from other governmental agencies (septic permits, DEP citations, earth disturbance approvals, etc.)
Some files are very thick – some are virtually empty. The amount of information is available is dependent upon the amount of interaction the township has had with the property. And not all information is available to the public.
Plot plans and other important information can be found on Montgomery County Website – Property Records
If you wish to review a particular property file, please complete a right-to-know from and submit it to the township. A right-to-know request to Review Records form can be obtained at the township building or from the website by clicking here.
