AS OF AUGUST 1 , 2020 - A non-refundable application fee will be required with the submission of the application. The fee amount will be applied to the permit cost, if approved. Total charges will be calculated during review and remaining payment will be due before permit is relinquished. Forms of payment accepted are cash/money order or check.

ALL PERMIT APPLICATIONS AND FEES MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE TOWNSHIP MANAGER OR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN A DELAY OF THE APPLICATION.

$65.00 - Fence Permit 

$75.00 -  Accessory Permit - (ZONING ONLY: Shed/Carport/Pole Barn UNDER 500 sq ft.)

$85.00 -  Accessory Permit - (Shed/Carport/Pole Barn OVER 500 sq ft.) 

$150.00 - Building Permit - (Swimming Pool, Addition, Alteration, New Home, Sign, Alternate Energy, etc.) 

$95.00 - Electrical Permit
