People take their dogs to the countryside presumably for the exercise but also to allow the dog to take a shit.
If left unattended the shit would naturally decompose within a few days. Instead these 'lovers of nature and the countryside' pick the shit up in a 'doggy bag' and proceed to either hang the bag from a tree branch or simply leave the bag in-situ.
The bags do not decompose and look unsightly thereby removing the appeal of the countryside.
The irony is the people feel they have acted in some civil interest protecting others from stumbling over their dog shit.
What they have done is simply demonstrate the moronic reasoning inherent in every aspect of life these days.
Over the many blog spots to follow, you'll get the idea how common this moronic reasoning is.
