Prospective Undergraduate Students (Creative Inquiry)

The Creative Inquiry program is a Clemson University wide initiative that encourages research and real-world problem-based learning at the undergraduate level. Team-based investigations are led by a faculty member and can span 3-4 semesters. Since its start in 2005, Creative Inquiry has supported more than 33,400 student experiences in more than 1,000 research projects. Additionally, the Creative Inquiry Studio was designed to accommodate team meetings and a professional environment for experiments and presentations with the clients/mentors. Currently, Dr. Shuffler supervises multiple Creative Inquiry teams of undergraduate students, with approximately 20-25 students involved each semester.

Descriptions of the teams and a form for submitting a request for more information on CI teams actively recruiting students can be found here.
