Rehearsal Report, Wed. Nov. 16 2016:

Description: Photo Call (3:41-4:52), Notes (4:52-5:11), Dinner and Costumes (5:11-8:03), Run (8:03-10:35)

Summary: We moved through photo call a little less quickly than expected this afternoon but still had plenty of time for notes and setting for the show. We had a fairly good IDR tonight and the tiny audience seemed to enjoy the show. We did have a few cues and set issues that can be fixed easily tomorrow; the only issue that seems likely to cause problems again is the fact that two of our props seem to have vanished.

Tech Notes: Wear or bring black clothes tomorrow if you’re up in the booth!

Description: Opening Night!

Actor Notes: Tomorrow is Drama Pajama Day! Wear your show shirt and PJ bottoms. We’ll all take a picture at the start of rehearsal.

If you’re wearing a short tunic, please bring in a slip for tomorrow. Also, if you’re not wearing a short tunic but you’d be willing to lend someone a slip, bring that in! Thanks!

Schedule for tomorrow: come to the auditorium at 3:30 for notes and PJ photo, and then you’ll have free time until 4:30 (Genna, Nicoleta, Josh, Olivia, Clara G., Luaren, and Mary-Dryden) or 5:00 (everyone else). We’ll have dinner at 5:00 and then do the normal costumes/hair/makeup stuff.

Please make sure you’re picking up after yourself and leaving the auditorium looking better than when you got there!

Detailed info about the cast dinner/party will be posted soon. Basics: bring money for dinner, upperclassmen give rides to the restaurant/party, in the morning we wake up and go to strike.
